14-day right of return · Simple process
Return conditions
- Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
- The plant must not have been planted in the ground.
- The product must be in its original delivery condition.
How to initiate a return
- Send an email to retururi@sweetgarden.ro with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive packaging instructions and return label within 24 hours.
- Drop the parcel at the nearest courier point.
- Money is refunded within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the parcel.
Plants damaged on delivery
If the plant arrived damaged, send us a photo within 48h at contact@sweetgarden.ro. We will send a replacement or process the return immediately.
30-day guarantee
All plants come with a 30-day guarantee. If the plant dies through no fault of yours, we replace it for free.
